All projects at Dubai Translation Services (DTS) go through a complete TEP (translation, editing, proofreading) process. Our experienced and detail-oriented proofreaders pay particular attention to spelling, typographical errors, grammatical structure, formatting, consistency of style, and use of terminology. Proofreading of translations includes constant reference to the source material.

Additionally, Dubai Translation Services (DTS) offers proofreading and editing services for translations and/or material that have been created by a different source. This can be done in any language, including English, Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Chinese, and Japanese.

Customer documents are proofread and marked up using the ‘track changes’ function in Microsoft Word, which allows for the easy navigation of changes and comments. Our proofreaders include all modifications made to the original document, while also including comments and suggestions in the margins. When our customers receive the modified document, it is easy for them to find, accept, and reject changes, resulting in a flawless final document that meets our customers’ every requirement.

Please note that if the document given to us by our customers is of particularly poor quality, thereby requiring large portions of the document to be rewritten or retranslated from scratch, then we reserve the right to adjust our fees to reflect regular translation rates.
